Gaia Center opent haar deuren weer voor verhuur vanaf 2025! Je bent welkom om Gaia center te huren voor een yogales, workshop, cursus, massage behandeling of fotoshoot. Let’s co-create!

De zalen; Pantry + Boven Ruimte (45m2) en Souterrain (32m2). Samen te huur met keuken, ruime berging en tuin.
De totale oppervlakte is 130m2 inclusief pantry, keuken, berging en tuin.

De ruimte is op de begane grond en makkelijk bereikbaar en je stapt zo binnen! Bij binnenkomst is er een pantry met een zit-gedeelte, kapstok en schoenenrek. Het kleine trappetje omhoog brengt je in de fijne bovenruimte met mooi licht inval. De achterkant kijkt uit op een ruime tuin. De boven zaal is geschikt voor 8 yogamatten uitgelegd en 12 personen in een cirkel. De keuken bevindt zich ook op deze verdieping. Met een trap kun je naar de souterrain beneden, deze ruimte is iets groter met hetzelfde laminaat en verstelbare dim spotjes. De kleine raampjes laten zacht schemer licht door! Deze ruimte heeft een maximum van 10 yogamatten uitgelegd en 16 personen in een cirkel. Beide zalen zijn voorzien van staande lampen met warm licht. Naast de beneden ruimte is een ruime berging met eventuele omkleed ruimte. De yogamatten, meditatie kussens, dekens en klapstoelen vind je hier en mag je gebruiken. In de buurt is het mogelijk om betaald te parkeren en tram 25 stopt dichtbij.

Let op: geen events met hard geluid om rekening te houden met de buren. Hierdoor zijn LEAP, KAP, WOEDEWERK etc niet mogelijk helaas.

Annuleringsvoorwaarden

Gratis annuleren tot vier weken van tevoren
Betaal 50% bij annulering tot 3 weken van te voren
Betaal 80% bij annulering tot 2 week van te voren
Betaal 100% 3 bij annulering tot 1 week van te voren

Wekelijks 1 dagdeel huren van 4 uur (met een vaste huurovereenkomst voor onbepaalde tijd/ 2 maanden opzegtermijn)
Tijden: 8:30-12:30/13:00-17:00/17:30-21:30

DOORDEWEEKS OCHTEND: dinsdag, woensdag en vrijdag 8:30-12:30 310,00 per maand (nu volgeboekt, je kunt je interesse aangeven om op de wachtlijst te komen.)
DOORDEWEEKS MIDDAG: maandag t/m vrijdag tussen 13:00-17:00 310,00 per maand
AVOND: maandag, dinsdag (geboekt) woensdag , donderdag, vrijdag (geboekt) 17:30-21:30 350,00 per maand
WEEKEND: zaterdag en zondag 8:30-12:30/13:00-17:00/17:30-21:30 350,00 per maand (maximaal 1 dagdeel in de maand te boeken)

Borg per dagdeel bij aanvang huurovereenkomst 350,00 (inclusief 75,- borg voor de sleutel)
Met een contract voor onbepaalde tijd (2 maanden opzegtermijn)

• Gaia Center website: eigen doorklik pagina vanuit de agenda. De website wordt 4000 keer per maand bezocht. Om een voorbeeld van een doorklik pagina te zien: Klik hier
• Instagram: elke maand komt er een tegel met alle agenda workshops/cursussen waarop jouw event wordt genoemd. Met 1650 volgers die dagelijks groeien: Klik hier om een kijkje te nemen. Volg Gaia Center, tag in je verhaal en je wordt terug gevolgd en gerepost!
• Leuk weetje; elke maand arriveert de nieuwsbrief in de mailbox van 550 lezers die mogelijk de website bekijken!

Gaia Center will open its doors for rent again from 2025! You are welcome to rent Gaia center for a yoga class, workshop, course, massage treatment or photoshoot. Let’s co-create!

The rooms; Pantry + Upstairs Space (45m2) and Basement (32m2). For rent together with kitchen, spacious storage and garden. The total surface is 130m2 including pantry, kitchen, storage and garden.

The space is on the ground floor and easily accessible and you can just walk in! Upon entering there is a pantry with a sitting area, coat rack and shoe rack. The small staircase up takes you to the nice upper space with beautiful light. The back overlooks a spacious garden. The upper room is suitable for 8 yoga mats laid out and 12 people in a circle. The kitchen is also located on this floor. With a staircase you can go to the basement downstairs, this space is slightly larger with the same laminate and adjustable dim spotlights. The small windows let in soft twilight! This space has a maximum of 10 yoga mats laid out and 16 people in a circle. Both rooms are equipped with standing lamps with warm light. Next to the downstairs space is a spacious storage room with possible changing room. The yoga mats, meditation cushions, blankets and folding chairs can be found here and you can use them. Paid parking is possible in the area and tram 25 stops nearby.

Please note: no events with loud noise to take the neighbors into account. This unfortunately makes LEAP, KAP, ROEDEWERK etc. impossible.

Cancellation conditions

Free cancellation up to four weeks in advance

Fixed rental
Rent 1 half day of 4 hours every week (with a fixed rental agreement for an indefinite period / 1 month notice period)
Times: 8:30-13:00/13:00-17:30/17:30-22:00

WEEKDAY MORNING: Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday 8:30-12:30 310.00 per month (fully booked now, you can indicate your interest to be put on the waiting list.)
WEEKDAY AFTERNOON: Monday to Friday between 13:00-17:00 310.00 per month
EVENING: Monday, Tuesday (booked) Wednesday, Thursday, Friday (booked) 17:30-21:30 350.00 per month
