Yin and Hatha yoga
I love sharing yoga’s wisdom and blending ancient philosophy with modern science in a simple way. Yoga with me is all about finding pleasure in the practice and exploring your inner world. In my classes, I focus on posture alignment, creating a safe and healing experience for your body.
Yin yoga, in particular, is a beautifully slow and meditative practice that gently releases emotional and physical tension. By holding poses for longer, you’ll experience deep relaxation, leaving you feeling balanced, grounded, and refreshed.
Hatha yoga is a traditional practice that combines slow-paced movements, mindful breathing, and relaxation. It’s perfect for beginners, with detailed guidance on poses, and offers options to challenge experienced yogis. This class is taught in Ukrainian, providing a warm space for the Ukrainian community to connect and grow together.

My name is Alina, and I’m passionate about nature, delicious food, and the magic of human connection. As a yoga teacher and facilitator of the ancient game Leela, I help people reconnect with their true selves and fully enjoy life. My yoga journey began in 2015 and has since grown into a lifelong passion.
